(**) The main course program spans 03 years, with each academic year consisting of 03 semesters.
2. English Program Tuition Fees
After enrollment, students undergo an English proficiency test and are placed in English classes corresponding to their proficiency levels.
For students joining the Global Mode of Training: They are required to have an English proficiency certificate of IELTS 5.5 or above, or equivalent to B2. Students without such a certificate are required to enroll in the English program offered by Đánh phỏm - Trò chơi bài miễn phí. Upon completing level 6, students are eligible to enter Semester I of the main course.
For students joining the Standard Mode of Training: There is no specific English proficiency requirement for entry, and students can start Semester I of the main course immediately. However, students need to meet the English proficiency requirement of IELTS 4.5 or equivalent for graduation. Students without such a certificate must enroll in the English program at CMC University and complete level 4 (out of 6 levels) to meet graduation requirements.

3. Registration Fee Regulations
Registration fee is the fee that candidates pay to register (reserve) after the candidates have been notified of acceptance or conditional acceptance but have not yet officially completed the admission procedure.
3.1 Applicability:
These regulations apply to candidates applying for admission to CMC University in 2024, who have been notified of their admission or conditional admission but have not yet completed the formal enrollment procedures.
3.2 Registration Fee Amount:
The registration fee is set at 5,000,000 VND.
3.3 Registration Fee Guidelines:
For candidates enrolling at CMC University, this fee is considered an advance payment and will be deducted from the first tuition installment when the candidate completes the formal enrollment procedures at the University.
In the event that a candidate chooses not to enroll at CMC University, the registration fee is non-refundable.
4. Early Application and Priority Preference Policy
a. Anticipated Quantity: 700 slots (400 slots at 30%, 200 slots at 20%, 100 slots at 10%).
b. Value of Benefits, Eligibility Criteria, and Priority Considerations:
- Applicants in Admission Rounds 1, 2, 3 (from February 10 to April 30, 2024), conditionally admitted, and submit the registration fee before May 31, 2024, will receive a 30% tuition fee discount for the first year (semesters 1, 2, 3), excluding English language fees if applicable.
- Applicants in Admission Round 4 (from May 1 to May 30, 2024), conditionally admitted, and submit the registration fee before June 10, 2024, will enjoy a 30% tuition fee discount for the first year (semesters 1, 2, 3), excluding English language fees if applicable.
- Applicants in Admission Round 5 (from June 1 to June 30, 2024), conditionally admitted, and submit the registration fee before July 10, 2024, will receive a 20% tuition fee discount for the first year (semesters 1, 2, 3), excluding English language fees if applicable.
- From July 10 to July 30, 2024:
- Applicants selecting CMC as their first preference (NV1) on the Ministry’s centralized admission system will be eligible for a 20% tuition fee discount for the first year (semesters 1, 2, 3), excluding English language fees if applicable.
- Applicants choosing CMC as their second or third preference (NV2, NV3) will receive a 10% tuition fee discount for the first year (semesters 1, 2, 3), excluding English language fees if applicable.

- Note: This discount policy does not apply if candidates are eligible for higher scholarship levels.
5. Fees Upon Enrollment
Upon enrollment, students are required to pay a provisional tuition fee equivalent to the tuition fee for one semester (ranging from 15.4 to 18.2 million VND depending on the academic program).
After enrollment, in the following scenarios:
- If a student qualifies for the specialized phase of their major, the aforementioned provisional tuition fee will be considered as the tuition fee for semester 1.
- If a student does not meet the requirements for the specialized phase and needs to undertake preparatory English language courses, the provisional tuition fee mentioned above will be considered as the tuition fee for the English language program. The difference between the provisional tuition fee and the actual English language program fee that the student is required to pay will be considered as an upfront payment towards subsequent semester fees.
6. Payment Procedures
Students can make registration and tuition fee payments directly at the CMC University Office or through bank transfer to the university’s account, following the instructions provided below:
