On the afternoon of August 16, 2022, officials of the Ministry of Education and Training, led by Minister Nguyen Kim Son, visited and worked with CMC Corporation and Đánh phỏm - Trò chơi bài miễn phí.

Sharing concerns about the digital university model in the upcoming time, the Minister raised the issue, hoping that CMC University could become an example for this university model, while at the same time, participating a broader digital conversion system of the in in dustry and participating to increase scientific research indicators in the system of universities…
With 5 core values set by CMC University in the development orientation being Liberal – Creativity – Practice – Critical Thinking – Respect for Differences, the minister suggested that the school should declare national spiritual values in its core values, having a world vision, but creating and developing on the interests of the nation.
At the visit and work, representatives of the Board of Directors of CMC Group, CMC University and the officials of the Ministry of Education and Training also exchanged and discussed the topic of high quality human resource development serving digital conversion for the country.
According to Mr. Nguyen Trung Chinh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CMC Corporation, Chairman of CMC University Council, currently high-tech human resources for digital transformation are lacking supply compared to demand.
Because of the lack of supply, businesses always have to compete to attract human resources, leading to significant increase in income. In addition to the lack of quantity, graduates in this industry still have to be retrained to meet the quality requirements of the business. “How to have a high-quality engineer source, that is a goal that CMC is aiming for” – Mr. Nguyen Trung Chinh shared.
Speaking at the meeting, Minister Nguyen Kim Son emphasized the appropriate policy for the public and private higher education systems. With the public system, the representative of the Ministry of Education and Training sets the goal of adjusting the policy of implementing university autonomy properly, fully and with depth; be liberal and remove problems for the system of public universities to develop strongly. With the system of private universities, the viewpoint is to support and ensure equality for parallel development and if the advantages are taken, this system will have a strong development in the near future.
Particularly for CMC University, the Minister analyzed deeply and comprehensively the great advantages of the school; especially from the perspective of a university in a large enterprise which has a brand and is a strong technological enterprise …
“You must take full advantage of these strong points,” the Minister emphasized, and expressed his hope for CMC University to set even bigger goals and desires, aim for faster growth with each step measured by year. Along with that, it’s multi-industry but it still needs to determine its focus and strengths to invest in. There should be policies to attract the world’s leading experts to teach and work.
Listening to the direction from Mr. Nguyen Kim Son, Chairman Nguyen Trung Chinh expressed his thanks for the close attention of the Ministry of Education and Training, and emphasized the desire to build Vietnam to become a powerful country. Encouraged by the leaders of the Ministry of Education and Training, Chairman Nguyen Trung Chinh would like to commit that CMC University will make the most of the existing advantages to reach the set goals. At the same time, he expressed his desire to be supported by the Ministry of Education and Training for CMC University to have an environment for developing itself, contributing values to the Vietnamese education system as well as the development of the country.
Currently, CMC Corporation has invested more than VND 1 trillion in the project of building headquarters of CMC University in phase 1, located in Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi City. By August 2022, the construction project had completed the design phase, and is expected to be completed and put into use in 2024.
In the period of 2022 – 2025, the school aims to enroll and train 8 university-level majors (with more than 30 specializations), including: Information Technology; Computer science; Computer and telecommunications engineering (pilot industry); Business administration; Marketing and communication; Korean language; Japanese language; Graphic design.
After 2025, the school aims to enroll and train other technology and technical industries such as renewable energy, high-tech agriculture, high-tech health care, food technology, material technology, at the same time enrolling and training for postgraduates.
