1. Recruitment Position: Admissions Consultant

Job Description:

Contact, advise, and assist candidates in thoroughly understanding information about the school, choosing the school, and selecting majors through various online and offline forms.

Address candidates’ queries regarding training programs, specialties, and school admissions information.

Responsible for data entry and compiling reports related to admissions work.

Participate in admissions activities as scheduled.

Assist in events and advisory activities for admissions services (roadshows, open days, etc.).

Requirements:

Female candidates preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a regular university program.

At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer consultation or customer service in the service industry.

Preference for candidates with experience in admissions consulting or working in an educational environment.

Proficient in office computer skills.

Good communication and persuasion skills, understanding customer psychology.

Ability to work under high pressure.

Good health, able to travel for work as required.

Pleasant appearance, clear voice.

Diligent, honest, careful, enthusiastic, friendly attitude, responsible, and committed to the job.

2. Recruitment Position: Admissions Officer (Promoter)

Job Description:

Participate in planning annual roadshow activities for admissions, according to stages, months, and weeks, aligned with the school’s admissions strategy and goals.

Develop creative ideas and organize promotional activities directly targeting potential customers for admissions.

Build and maintain relationships with partners in the university admissions field, especially high schools and Departments of Education and Training.

Implement roadshow activities to promote admissions at assigned high schools.

Carry out event activities at CMC University, high schools, or other locations to attract students and parents.

Conduct advisory activities on tours organized by media agencies, television, or school clusters in various provinces.

Organize other events serving the admissions process.

Develop metrics to measure the success of organized roadshow activities.

Provide advice to candidates and parents, either in person or by phone.

Manage candidate profiles and encourage candidates to complete their enrollment documentation.

Research the market, target customers, and competitors to develop effective solutions for roadshows and events.

Perform other admissions-related tasks assigned by the Head of Admissions.

Requirements:
