Position: Associate Professor, Department of Business and Management

Qualifications:

Meet the standards for the title of Associate Professor set by the State Council.

PhD from a reputable university.

Innovative spirit and ability to apply advanced teaching methods and technology.

Adaptability to new environments and readiness for new challenges.

Proficiency in English for teaching, research, and international collaboration.

Research capability (main author of 05 WoS, Scopus Q1, Q2 articles, international conference papers, or publications in reputed international publishers within the last 5 years).

Under 50 years of age at the time of application.
