- Từ 2006 – nay: Principal Investigator tại công trình nghiên cứu “Những cuộc đời Trẻ thơ (Young Lives)“, Việt Nam.
- Từ 2004 – 2021: Nghiên cứu viên chính tại Trung tâm Phân tích và Dự báo, Viện Hàn lâm Khoa học Xã hội Việt Nam.
